At WAGYU SHOGUN, we proudly serve A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef sourced directly from JA-certified farms in Kagoshima — Japan’s No.1 Wagyu-producing region —
with support from ZEN-NOH (JA Group).
We also feature carefully selected Wagyu cuts from other trusted producers across Japan.

OUR WAGYU SET MENUS
Each set features 125g of premium Wagyu cuts — centered around A5 Kuroge Wagyu from Kagoshima, complemented by other award-winning selections — enjoyed in authentic Japanese self-style YAKINIKU BBQ, grilled by yourself at the table.
All sets come with:
• Unlimited rice & miso soup
• Seasonal grilled vegetables
• House-made YAKINIKU BBQ sauce
• Yuzu pepper & wasabi
• Wagyu curry gravy
• Seasonal dessert
